Shipping Information
We don't ship fish. We believe that shipping fish is hard on them. We pick up our fish directly from the wholesalers in Los Angels. You have the option to pick up your fish from us in our facility in Yucca Valley, CA or have your fish delivered directly to you. We deliver fish on our weekly trips to LA.
We base out delivery charge od distance from the freeway on our route.
If you are within 2 miles of the I-10 freeway you delivery is FREE. Please use the 'Walk In' option at checkout.
If you are more then 2 miles off the I-10 freeway but less than 35 miles then the delivery fee is $25.
If you are more then 35 miles off the I-10 freeway then the delivery fee is $75.
There are exceptions, but we need to establish a baseline for delivery. We are happy to work with you.
Quartined fish come with a 7 day alive replacement guarantee. Non-quarentined fish come with an arrive alive guarantee.
