We reserve the right to not do business with anyone for any reason.
By using this site you agree to be a reasonable person and act like a reasonable person. We will do the same.
By using this site you agree that everyone makes mistakes. Even us. You will allow us to make mistakes and do our best to make things right.
Buying fish or coral from us does not mean that we guarantee that the fish is parasite free. We make every effort to ensure that you get a healthy fish. These are living creatures and unpredictable. You must understand and be willing to accept that there are risks in any new fish addition.
We have 2 levels of guarantee:
1 Arive Alive guarantee: This means that the fish or coral you have purchased from us is alive when you receive it. You have the option to inspect the animal and reject at the time of receipt. If you do not want the animal at the time of pickup of delivery you may request a full refund for the price of the animal. You will not be refunded the cost of delivery.
2. 7 Day Alive Guarantee: We guarantee that the animal will stay alive for 7 days, if you care for it properly. We will replace the animal if it does not live for 7 days. If the animal dies due to neglect or acts of nature (i.e. jumps out of your tank) within 7 days we will not replace the animal. Picture proof of the animal is required to claim this guarantee.
You may have certian rights other then this. If any part of these term are founf to be unenforceable the rest of the terms remain in full for and effect.
